Spa Etiquette

What to wear
We provide towels, sarongs, disposable underwear and hair wear. Lockers are provided in the changing area for your belongings. Please leave valuables at home, we cannot take responsibility for any misplaced personal items. If you have booked our outdoor spa, swimwear will be required.

Late arrivals
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking. In the event that you are late arriving for your appointment, the treatment will still be scheduled to finish at the pre booked time.

Cancellation policy
Please note that we expect our clients to give at least 24hrs cancellation to avoid a 50% charge of your treatment. A no show will incur 100% charge.

Public Holidays
There is a 20% surcharge for all services on Public Holidays.
